Pool Screen Repair

Fixing Screens in Bradenton, Sarasota and St. Petersburg

The screens on pool enclosures wear out over the years. The biggest factor that leads to disrepair is the strong Florida sun. Even though we love it, it will take a toll on your pool cage screen. Has yours become brittle and a bit discolored? Are you asking yourself, how much is a new pool enclosure screen? Well we are here to help. Whether or not we do a simple screen repair like a single panel replacement, or we do a complete overhaul of your entire pool cage, we will get the job done right the first time and we will use high quality materials that will last so much longer than if you go with a cut-rate pool screen repair company.

The second reason we get called out is after hurricanes and other strong winds. It's very common that screens get damaged by flying debris or a falling branch. Many times these will require a simple repair, but if your screen is old when it gets damaged, you may want to consider a full pool enclosure re-screening. We can come and freshen up your whole pool cage with a completely new screen that will last for many years to come.

One thing we will always ask you is if the damaged screen panel is over the pool or whether is a wall panel. If it is over a pool, it is going to cost just a little bit more because there is quite a bit more set-up involved because we can't reach it with just one ladder, we are going to have to set up a cat walk between two ladders.

If you are considering getting a few panels fixed, you may want to ask yourself:

"Should I get the whole pool enclosure redone?"

It really depends, and we can help you understand what option is best for you over the phone.

But lets consider a few options here:

When was the last time you got your pool cage fully rescreened?

If the answer is 5-6 years ago or longer. You should definitely start considering just replacing the whole screen.

But what if it hasn't been that long?

Well then there is a chance you don't need the whole cage rescreened. However, if the previous contractor used cheap screen and did a terrible job, then you might want to consider getting the whole thing redone.

Take a look at this video below. You will be able to see the low quality, poor screen repair job the previous company did, and then you will the the tightly installed high quality screen we installed. Take a look (poor work on the right, our quality work on the left):
